In 2011 the WFF launched seven Communities of Interest groups (COIs), designed specifically to give professional women leaders who share similar needs and interests an opportunity to connect, and to build relationships with each other.
WFF's seven Communities of Interest include Caregivers, GLBTA, International Mobility, Military Families, Women of Color, Working Mothers and Young Professionals. These COI groups began at the Annual Leadership Development Conference, and have since grown from a single event to a year-round platform. They offer resources, connections, webinars, inspirational discussions, meetups and leadership development, both in-person and at the annual WFF Conference.
We encourage you to join with other women who are passionate about their communities, and can relate to yours. If you want to learn how to assist individuals in any of these seven COIs, or if you simply want to support friends and family members, we would love for you to be a part of the conversation.
